SABLA was introduced as Centrally Sponsored Scheme for benefitting
Adolescent Girls( AGs). Funding pattern of the scheme is 90:10 sharing by
Central and State Government in four districts which are Solan, Kullu, Kangra, and Chamba during the Financial Year 2010-11 replacing Kishori Shakti Yojana.
The Scheme aims at covering AGs in the age group of 11-18 years, with main
focus on Out of School AG, who are provided life skill education and vocational
training under this scheme along with supplementary Nutrition.
