State Home For women: State home is meant for housing destitute, widow and the women who are in moral danger. Department is running one state home at Mashobra in Shimla Distt. These inmates get free residence and free diet.
For their rehabilitation they get various skill trainings in the state home so that after leaving the state home they can earn and be rehabilitated. After leaving the state home department provides grant of Rupees 20,000 per inmates for her rehabilitation.

महिलाओं के लिए राजकीय गृह
राजकीय गृह बेसहारा, विधवा और नैतिक रूप से खतरे में पड़ी महिलाओं के लिए है। विभाग शिमला जिले के मशोबरा में एक राजकीय गृह चला रहा है। इन कैदियों को मुफ्त आवास और मुफ्त भोजन मिलता है।
उनके पुनर्वास के लिए उन्हें राजकीय गृह में विभिन्न कौशल प्रशिक्षण दिए जाते हैं ताकि राजकीय गृह छोड़ने के बाद वे कमा सकें और पुनर्वासित हो सकें। राज्य गृह विभाग उनके पुनर्वास के लिए प्रत्येक कैदी को 20,000 रुपये का अनुदान देता है।
